Training Course Description
Upon completion of this program, the attendee will be able to:
  • Define the general requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
  • Describe the concepts behind ISO's Management Systems approach.
  • Identify the terminology and concepts used in ISO 9001:2015.
  • Describe ISO’s process based approach and risk-based thinking.
  • Understand the structure and clause requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard (adoption of Annex SL / High Level Structure).
  • Examine risk-based thinking in the context of the organization.
  • Examine ISO 9001’s increased emphasis of quality management within the organization's strategic planning processes, and leadership
  • ​Explain the benefits of implementing a QMS based on the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and ISO Certification
