For individuals and organizations that are new to ISO 9001:2008, this course introduces general ISO 9001 concepts, principles and fundamentals.
Course content includes:
- Understanding ISO 9001's process-based approach;
- The 8 Management Principles of ISO 9001:2008;
- The general requirements of ISO 9001:2008;
- How to get started towards meeting ISO 9001:2008;
- A "sample" implementation project overview; and
- The ISO 9001:2008 registration (certification) process.
*Note: ISO 9001: The Basics Plus+ is a full day course covering similar subjects as ISO 9001: The Basics; however the level of technical content is deeper and more involved. While both are introductory programs, Basics Plus+ It is recommended for individuals who actively work in the quality profession.
