Course Overview
For Management Representatives, project managers and/or department leaders, this 1 day course examines the design and development of quality management systems, with emphasis on system adequacy, effectiveness and sustainability.
Course content includes:
- Management system principles;
- Management, production/service and supporting processes;
- System planning, development and implementation;
- System assessment/verification activities; and
- Identifying opportunities for Corrective or Preventative Action.
*Course note: While not a pre-requisite, we recommend that attendees of this program also consider taking our ISO 9001: Management Representative course. This strategy allows the learner to follow through the various stages of establishing a QMS, from design and development to implementation and maintenance.
