For Management Representatives, or individuals involved in establishing an ISO 9001:2008 QMS, this 1/2 day course defines the role of QMS Management Representative and considers those requirements of the standard that relate to this important management position.
Course content includes:
- Creating and promoting an organizational awareness of quality;
- The development, implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System;
- Communicating customer requirements within the organization;
- Reporting on system performance to senior management; and
- Acting as a liason with external parties on matters relating to the QMS.
