Designed for individuals currently working with ISO 9001, our Mentoring for Quality Professionals™ program provides a one-on-one resource for advice, ongoing skills and professional development. This program is ideal for anyone who wants to improve their performance and subject matter expertise.
This program is presented in an innovative modular format delivered over a period of 12 months. Modules are both standalone and interrelated. This allows flexibility in joining the program at any time throughout the program schedule.
Before we begin, we will reach a mutual decision if our program is right for you. If so, we'll begin with a skills assessment, and then jointly develop a program that suits your personal needs and your individual goals.
Throughout the program, you will benefit from a support network of your peers and a personalized coaching plan which will improve your understanding and application of critical quality concepts while developing life-long learning skills.

For individuals with experience in ISO 9001 and quality-related concepts, our mentoring program builds on this foundation of knowledge and comprehension and develops critical thinking skills at deeper cognitive levels.
Mentoring for Quality Professionals™ is based on 8 specialized modules and is delivered via self-study, live group seminars, webinars and participation in our online forum. Module content includes:

Core concepts will be reviewed; however, the focus of this program is to apply these concepts in different ways, analyze information, synthesize and evaluate concepts, ideas, and real work situations.

Exclusive Access
Mentor program members receive access to exclusive articles, tips, downloads and other information which is not available on our public website. In addition to activities included as part of the mentoring program, other workshops, seminars and events held during the course of each year are offered to members either free of charge, or at a substantially reduced rate.
Mentoring is provided directly by Mark Randig, the President and founder of MAS Solutions, LLC. Admission is limited. If there are no openings, there is a "first come, first served" waiting list.
The fee for the mentoring program begins at $3,500.00* USD. This fee is required to begin the mentoring program, or to claim a spot on our waiting list.
